Who We Are
Rendered Image Ltd is a specialist in architectural and landscape CGI – the visual representation of our clients’ ideas, brought to life on the screen and in virtual reality.
Our London studio in its present form was founded in 2014 by Ronan Michael Bocarro, with the conviction that technical accuracy and visual quality need no trade-off. In the right hands they are complementary. Today’s growing team of highly skilled CGI artists is committed to delivering thoughtful high quality work. They have a well-earned reputation for visual representations in which engaging and beautiful imagery works naturally with sector-leading technical precision. A strong record of successful commissions has led to the company being recognised as a leader in 3D imagery.
Our relationship with clients is fundamental to who we are, what we do, and how we do it. We enjoy the understanding, collaboration and mutual respect which comes from honest discussions at the start of each project, and which develops as work progresses.
What We Do and Who We Work With
Rendered Image provides five core services: 3D Imaging, 3D Animation, 4D Construction Sequencing, Verified Views, and Virtual Reality. Each is available as a separate service, although many commissions combine two or more. For example, a planning application may require a Verified View in addition to 3D Imaging.
The majority of our clients are architects, property developers (Industrial, commercial, and residential), construction contractors, planning consultants, and landscape architects. We also work with public sector bodies, and specialist organisations who may require technical specifications combined with visual representation, perhaps to support communication or research.

Rendered Image’s hallmark is the combination of CGI expertise with a thorough understanding of architecture, construction and the planning processes. We understand how decisions are made and why details matter. Our images and animations reflect this, so they serve professional outcomes as well as providing impressive visuals.
We are fully complaint with all relevant guidance and regulation. We actively follow the appropriate industry methodologies, such as the Landscape Institute Technical Guidance Note 06/19 for Verified Views. We work closely with clients and their partners and for 4D Construction Sequencing, for example, incorporate data derived from their Building Information Modelling (BIM) systems.
