3D Imaging
Photorealistic 3D CGI for architecture, design, and property development. We capture how your project will look before you’ve even broken ground.
What to Expect from 3D Imaging
A high-quality 3D image shows your project as it will look when it’s finished. Or, if preferred, multiple images can show how it will appear through several phases. Exterior and interior views are shown accurately, with appropriate emphasis to highlight features that will be unique to the project. The results are more helpful and persuasive than a drawing or a photograph. And, perhaps counterintuitively, they can create a more accurate overall picture too.
Practical Applications of 3D Imaging
3D Imaging uses computer generated imagery (CGI) to create a realistic sense of light, space, and depth very like the real world. Often it is difficult to tell the two apart. It is ideal to show how your building will fit in its setting, Likewise, it can show views that illustrate specific design elements and the effects of chosen materials.
Typical use is for architects as they translate technical drawings into accessible images, and for marketing material across a range of project types. 3D Imaging is key for many planning applications – especially in complex locations where visual impact will be an important part of decision-making.
Timescales and What We Need from You
To provide a free quotation we need a brief description of the 3D views you require, along with copies of any relevant photographs and drawings you may have at this stage.
Additionally, our first discussion will help us understand your project and its environment, and any aspects of the final images which will be particularly important.
A 3D Imaging project of a single building typically takes 1-2 weeks from the agreed start date.
